E-commerce Website Development in Antalya
Selling online from Türkiye is different from selling from the EU or the UK. The payment providers, the legal pages and the registrations are local, and a shop that ignores them either cannot take payments or runs into problems later. Kayrus Tech builds e-commerce websites for businesses in Antalya with these pieces in place from the start.
Payments in Türkiye
Stripe does not onboard companies registered in Türkiye, and PayPal stopped operating in the country in 2016. Online card payments therefore run through local payment providers such as iyzico or PayTR, or through a bank’s virtual POS. Turkish customers also expect instalment options. We help you compare providers on commission, settlement time, foreign card acceptance and currency, and integrate the one you choose. More detail in our guide to online payments in Turkey.
Registrations and legal pages
- ETBİS: businesses selling to consumers through their own website or app must register with the Ministry of Trade’s e-commerce information system.
- Distance sales contract and pre-information form: required by Turkish consumer rules for online sales.
- KVKK notices: privacy notice and cookie information under Turkish data protection law.
We build the pages and checkout steps these require; the legal texts themselves should be reviewed by your lawyer or accountant.
Your own shop or a marketplace?
Marketplaces such as Trendyol or Hepsiburada bring traffic but take commission and control the customer relationship. Your own shop keeps the customer and the margin but needs marketing. Many sellers use both; we can connect stock and orders so you manage them in one place.
Selling to foreign customers
Product pages, checkout and emails can run in English, Russian and Turkish, with prices shown in more than one currency. Shipping rules, delivery times and returns should be written clearly for each market.
What affects the proposal

Frequently asked questions
Can I use Stripe or PayPal for my Turkish company?
Not for a company registered in Türkiye at the moment; local payment providers are used instead.
Do I need a Turkish company to sell online?
To use Turkish payment providers you generally need a Turkish legal entity or a registered sole proprietorship with a tax number. Ask your accountant which structure fits you.
Can the shop be in Russian and English?
Yes. Product pages, checkout and order emails can be prepared in several languages.
