Airport Transfer Website and Booking System
In the airport transfer business the website is not a showcase, it is the tool that takes orders. The guest enters where from and where to, how many people and which flight they are arriving on, sees the price and completes the booking; on your side, that booking has to land with the right vehicle and the right driver at the right time. At Kayrus Tech we develop booking websites and operations panels for transfer companies in Antalya.
What should a transfer website include?
- Zone-based pricing: fixed prices from the airport to hotels and areas, with differences by vehicle type.
- Flight details: flight number and landing time; updating the pick-up time in case of a delay.
- Vehicle selection: saloon car, minivan, VIP, minibus; extras such as luggage and child seats.
- Payment: online prepayment or pay-in-vehicle options.
- Voucher and notifications: confirmation, meeting-point details and driver contact for the guest.
- Multiple languages: guests can book in their own language.
Operations panel
To keep dozens of daily transfers from getting mixed up in high season, the operations side is at least as important as the website: the daily transfer list, vehicle and driver assignment, job notifications to drivers via WhatsApp or an app, tracking of cancellations and changes. If you work with hotels and agencies, a login screen where they can enter bookings at their own rates can also be added.
Off-the-shelf script or custom system?
Off-the-shelf transfer scripts get you started quickly; but if your zone structure, agency rates and operations are not standard, the system starts to strain. We described the decision method in our guide off-the-shelf package or custom software.
What determines the quote?
- Complexity of the zone and price structure
- Online payment and number of languages
- Driver app or notification infrastructure
- Agency/hotel login and reporting
Frequently asked questions
Does the system track flight delays automatically?
If a connection to a flight data service is set up, the landing time can be updated; the terms of use and cost of these services are assessed at the quote stage. In a simple first version, time changes are updated by the operations team.
Do drivers need a separate app?
Not necessarily. In small fleets job notifications can be sent via WhatsApp; as the fleet grows, a driver app makes jobs and status updates easier.
Can foreign guests pay online?
Yes, with a payment provider that accepts foreign cards. We assess together which provider is suitable.
Tell us your zones, your vehicle fleet and the hotels and agencies you work with, and we will plan the first version of the system together.
Let’s talk about your project.
Tell us what you need. We define the scope together and send an itemised, fixed-price proposal.
