Hotel Website Design and Booking System
A hotel website is where a guest who has seen your hotel on intermediary platforms books it through your own channel. A good hotel website answers three questions quickly: what are the rooms and prices, what does the property offer, and how do I book. For hotels in Antalya one more thing is added: a large share of guests speak a language other than Turkish. At Kayrus Tech we develop multilingual websites and booking flows for hotels and boutique hotels.
What should a hotel website include?
- Room pages: photos, size in square metres, capacity, view and amenities; each room separate and clear.
- Booking: a flow where the guest picks dates, sees prices and availability and finishes in a few steps.
- Property information: restaurant, pool, beach, spa, kids’ club, transfer.
- Location and access: distance to the airport, map, transfer options.
- Languages and currencies: the languages your guests speak and the currencies prices are shown in.
- Contact: WhatsApp, phone, email; it is clear who receives each enquiry.
Booking engine and channel manager
Most hotels sell their rooms on more than one channel. To prevent website bookings from clashing with other channels, availability must be managed from a single place. If the channel manager and property management system (PMS) you use offer an external interface, the website talks to them; if not, embedding a ready-made booking engine in your website may be the better route. We clarify which route is possible before quoting, based on the name of the system you use.
Multiple languages
Each language needs its own address, titles and descriptions written in that language, and language versions correctly linked to each other; only then does Google show the right page to the right guest. We described the planning steps in our multilingual website guide.
What determines the quote?
- Number of room types and languages
- Booking: ready-made engine or custom flow, and whether payments are taken
- Channel manager and PMS connection
- Photo and text production
- Maintenance and content updates after launch
Frequently asked questions
Hotel website or hotel app?
For most hotels a good website and booking flow come first. An app makes sense for properties with many returning guests and a large number of services offered during the stay; details are in our article on hotel booking apps.
Aren’t ready-made hotel website themes enough?
For a small guesthouse they may be. When multiple languages, a channel manager connection and speed are required, ready-made themes usually grow through patches and become hard to maintain.
Will my Google ranking drop if I redesign my existing site?
If the old addresses are permanently redirected to the new ones, the ranking is preserved. We described these steps in our website redesign guide.
Tell us the type of your property, the number of rooms, the languages your guests speak and the hotel software you use, and we will define the scope together. For the general framework, see our Antalya web design page. We communicate in English or Turkish.
