Antalya Logistics Company – BNK Logistics

Project summary

BNK Logistics is an international logistics company headquartered in Antalya, providing road, sea and rail freight to Central Asia, Russia, China, Iran and Europe. Its customers come not only from Turkey but also from Russian-, English- and Chinese-speaking countries. So the need was not a single-language brochure site, but a site that can be found in every language and a management system to carry the office’s day-to-day operations.

What we built

A four-language corporate website

The site is published in Turkish, English, Russian and Chinese. Each language version is linked to the others with hreflang, so search engines know which page is the equivalent of which in each language. The homepage texts, frequently asked questions, contact details, colour palette and sections are managed from a site studio that requires no coding knowledge.

25 service and route pages

We prepared separate pages for country routes such as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Russia, China and Iran, and for service types such as full and part loads, refrigerated transport, ADR and project cargo. Each page is live in the relevant languages, together with transit times, required documents, the items that affect the price and frequently asked questions.

Multilingual blog infrastructure

We set up a blog infrastructure where posts can be published in four languages, translations are linked to each other, and categories, a sitemap and SEO fields are built in. Older posts that cover the same topic as a service page are permanently redirected to that page so they do not compete with it.

Shipment tracking and customer communication

Customers can see the status of their shipments via a tracking link. WeChat for Chinese-speaking customers and WhatsApp for everyone else are integrated into the site; quotation documents can be shared as PDFs in four languages.

Operations management panel

For the office team we developed a management panel where shipment files, vehicles, customers, collections and the cash account are tracked in one place. Historical records from the existing Excel sheets were imported into the panel; documents are attached to the relevant shipment file and the team is kept informed with instant notifications. The panel also includes an analytics screen that shows Google Search Console, Bing and Yandex data side by side.

Technical approach

• Fast-loading, pre-rendered pages and a PHP backend that runs on shared hosting
• A separate URL structure for each language, hreflang, a dynamic sitemap and structured data (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage)
• Role-based panel access and file-based document management
• Content managed from the panel: text, FAQ and contact updates without needing a developer

First results

Although the site is new, in the first weeks after launch it began appearing at the top of Google for commercial searches such as “international logistics companies in Antalya” and “freight to Uzbekistan”; the Russian pages started receiving clicks from searches made in Russia. Content and local profile work continues to increase visibility.
